today's really a day to give thanks to God for. getting baptised today meant that i'd have no trouble remembering my baptism date hahha!
really made a mess out of my sharing today, actually. not something that i'd be proud of. but i'm glad that the testimony of the other four were great, and that i really hope that the seed of the gospel would be planted in the hearts of each and everyone of my frens who came. and also thanks for all the prayers and presents and cards that i've received yep. well 2 mugs and a book and a book mark for the present part, and a card from yaf in general and shao for the cards part.
this marks a turning point in my life, i guess. a turn away from the old sinful me, a turn towards the path to heaven. yep.
just to end off; really glad to hear that chen bo's condition isnt as serious as we thought, praise be to God. praying that he'd cling on to the Lord at his times of need, and that he'd always remember the blessed assurance of eternal life in the Lord that he has. yup.

for those with a cross in their pocket
i carry a cross in my pocket
a simple reminder to me
of the fact that im a christian
no matter where i may be
this little cross has no magic
nor is it a gd luck charm
it isnt meant to protect me
from every physical harm
it's not for identification
for all the world to see
it's simply an understanding
between my saviour and me
when i put the hand in my pocket
to bring out a coin or a key
the cross is there to remind me
of the price He paid for me
it reminds me too, to be thankful
for my blessings day by day
and to strive to serve Him better
in all i do and say
it's also a daily reminder
of the peace and comfort i share
with all who know my master
and give themselves to His care
So i carry a cross in my pocket
reminding no one but me
that Jesus Christ is Lord of my life
if only i'll let Him be..
